Filmmakers Katherine Dudas, Olivia Blue, Madison Lawlor, and Decker Sadowski roll up their sleeves and get dirty in the pit to tackle the complex, yet beautiful and tender female relationship dynamic in their debut feature film.

In Juniper, Mack (Madison Lawlor) takes off for the weekend to her family’s cabin in the woods to shut off from the world on the anniversary of her sister’s death, and to spiritually connect with her. Unbeknownst to her, Mack’s best friend, Alex (Decker Sadowski) shows up at the cabin along with a friend, Dylan (Olivia Blue), to surprise Mack and give her support. Mack, however, is not happy at all with this intrusion. Then, to everyone’s surprise, Alex’s brother, Riley (Jacob Nichols) shows up at the cabin too, along with his friend Cole (Adam Rodriguez), and it’s all too much for Mack to handle. As the weekend progresses, Mack struggles to keep it together. It is established quickly that there is more than meets the eye between everyone at the house, and tensions, fears, past connections, and relationship secrets bounce to the surface.
